Our base is in Selangor, a short drive from anywhere in KL. We like building for the businesses around us, and most of our roster is in the city: F&B chains in Bangsar, property brands out of Mont Kiara, fintech startups in KLCC, hospitality groups with sites from Bukit Bintang to Sungai Buloh. Our work shows up across the Klang Valley most days of the week.

Working with us when you're around the corner.

Being inside the Klang Valley changes how a project runs. Site visits to your office or shopfront in KL or Selangor take an hour by car, not a flight. We can walk a packaging proof from our studio to your warehouse on the same afternoon. When something on a launch day breaks at 8pm, we're 30 minutes away instead of 8 timezones.

It also means we know the market you're selling into. The Klang Valley SME conversation is specific: iPay88 vs Stripe, FPX, SQL Account vs AutoCount, MITI grant timelines, Cradle and MDV cycles, what a Bangsar storefront does versus a Subang one. We've seen enough briefs from across KL and Selangor to spot the patterns and ship without spending three weeks getting up to speed.

For clients outside the Klang Valley we do the same work over Google Meet, and most of our roster further afield is happy with that arrangement. But if you're in KL or anywhere in Selangor, expect more face time and a faster decision loop.

The Klang Valley we know.

We work with clients in Bangsar, Bangsar South, Mont Kiara, KLCC, Bukit Bintang, TTDI, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Cheras, Sri Petaling, and Damansara Heights. Most engagements involve at least one site visit somewhere on that list, plus a launch session in our studio.

Beyond KL proper, we regularly take on Selangor projects (Shah Alam industrial estates, USJ professional services, Klang trading firms) and remote engagements across Malaysia. The studio is in KL, but the work isn't limited to it.

Where is your studio based, and do you take meetings in person?

Our team works out of central Kuala Lumpur. For Klang Valley clients we usually do kickoffs and launch reviews in person — Bangsar, KLCC, Bangsar South, Mont Kiara, Petaling Jaya. Working sessions and async reviews run on Google Meet because that's where the project actually moves fastest.

Do you only take on KL clients?

No. Roughly half our roster is Klang Valley, and the rest is Penang, Johor, Sabah, Singapore and Southeast Asia. KL-based clients get the option of in-person kickoffs and launch sessions; everyone else gets the same craft over video. Pricing is identical.

What kinds of KL businesses do you usually work with?

Mostly Klang Valley SMEs at the RM2m to RM50m revenue band: F&B groups (multi-outlet), professional services firms (legal, audit, consultancy), property and hospitality brands, and B2B service businesses. We also do work for KL-based regional startups raising Series A or B. We turn down briefs that don't fit, regardless of budget.

What's the typical project timeline for a KL business?

Websites: 4 to 6 weeks from brief to launch for a standard 5 to 10 page site. Ecommerce or integrations: 6 to 10 weeks. Mobile app MVPs: 8 to 12 weeks. Branding: 4 to 10 weeks depending on scope. We don't rush brand films or rebrands — the work that gets compressed past those windows usually needs redoing in 12 months.

Do you handle clients in Selangor and across Malaysia too?

Yes. Our studio is in KL but we work with clients across Selangor (Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang) and the whole country. For Selangor clients we'll often meet in PJ or Subang at the start; for clients further afield, the entire engagement runs remote and works well.
